Agentic AI, data, CRM and integration

Strong foundations today for the business you'll run in 2050.

We help businesses in every industry put agentic AI to work on the data, CRM and integrations they already run. You can start with a two-week, fixed-price review and keep everything it produces.

2050 The business you'll run

  • Rules and testsWritten first, checked on every change
  • DataClean, connected and governed
  • CRMOne picture of every customer
  • IntegrationAPIs, events and open protocols

What we do

What we do, from agents to the systems under them

We work in five areas, and each one follows the same method. An AI agent is software that reads your information, decides on a next step within rules you set and acts in your systems. It might draft a reply for a person to approve, update an order after a call or book a service visit.

  • Agentic AI

Agents that act on real business data, with written rules, testing before launch, evaluation after and a person in the loop where it matters.

  • Data

Data that's clean, connected, governed and ready for AI, on the platforms you already use.

  • CRM

Customer systems designed and run so people and agents work from the same picture.

  • Integration

Systems and AI assistants connected through APIs, events and open protocols, with firm limits on what each one can do.

  • Forward deployed engineering

We join your team, work inside your systems and ship alongside your people, then hand everything over.

Ways to start

Start small, then decide how far to go

You don't have to commit to a big project to find out whether we're right for you. Start at whichever step fits. Each one has a set length, a fixed price or monthly fee, and a point where you decide what happens next.

The long view

Why we plan for 2050

Most of the tools your business will use in 2050 haven't been built yet. What carries over is the groundwork: clean data, clear rules, open connections and a team that knows its own systems.

Agentic AI is changing how work gets done, and we're glad to ride that wave with you. We also make sure the ground underneath can carry whatever comes next.

Today2050

Each arc is a generation of tools, arriving, peaking and giving way to the next. The line underneath is your foundation, and it carries from one generation to the next.
  • Data you can trust

Your records are clean, connected and governed, so people and agents act on the same facts.

  • Rules you can read

What an agent may say and do is written in plain words and checked every time something changes.

  • Connections you can change

Open standards link your systems, so you can replace one tool without rebuilding everything around it.

  • A team that can run it

Your own people understand the code, tests and notes, and they keep improving them after we've gone.

How we work

Rules first, then everything else

Most of the work that makes an agent safe happens before its first feature. This is the order we follow on every project.

Read our approach in depth

  1. Write the rules

What an agent may say and do, what data it can touch and who sees what, agreed with you in plain words.

  2. Turn each rule into a test

Every rule becomes an automated check, so the build fails when a rule breaks, before the change can reach a customer.

  3. Keep data decisions in plain code

The model holds the conversation. Plain, testable code decides what gets stored, what gets sent and who can see it.

  4. Check accessibility with tools and by hand

Automated tests catch some barriers. We also check with a keyboard and a screen reader, the way many people will use it.

  5. Build, measure and hand over

We ship, measure how it works in real use, and hand over something your team can own and run.

Proof you can check

We keep client work confidential, so there are no client logos or quotes on this site. Everything below is public, and each item takes a few minutes to check.

  • Our method is written down

Every step from the first rule to the handover, in the order we follow on every project, with the reason for each one.

  • You can see what the method produces

A made-up example shows the first two weeks of a Proving Run: twelve rules for a booking agent, the test each becomes and the go or no-go measure.

  • Our guides list their sources

A checklist for switching on an AI agent, and a guide to getting data, CRM and integration ready, each with its sources listed.

  • This site keeps to our values

It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies.

  • Our accessibility checks are published

This site aims for WCAG 2.2 at level AA. Its statement lists every check we ran and the one still to do.

  • You see the price before we start

Every piece of work has a written proposal with the scope and a fixed price or monthly fee, agreed before anything begins.

If you're weighing us up for your organisation, the ways to start page is for the person who signs off. Our approach is for technology leads, and our trust page is for security and procurement reviewers.
